Hey all forgive me if this has been posted but here is my problem besides being new to this. So I got the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and running the latest version of retro pie and I have a few roms nothing to crazy on it but saw a great image on here (Damaso16gbV2.img) my question is do I have to uninstall retro pie from my Raspberry Pi to get the image to work I flashed it to another sd card and I get nothing but a black screen.

How did you flash the image to your TF card? Can you see the green led of Raspberry Pi flash with the TF card?

I used etcher to flash my SD card with  vanilla retro pie and did the same with the Damaso16gbV2 image on my other SD card. Retro Pie installs and runs but the Damaso16gbV2 image doesn't boot up at all.
