Hello.

In October i buy in ebay one arcade Pandora 4S with 860 games.

Recently the arcade crash. I think that is the card, because the motherboard are conected.

I tried to see the card in my PC but the PC always  says. that have error and restart.

Can someone help me? I think i need a backup from one card of this arcade to put the firmware in a new sd card end understand if the problem is the motherboard or the sd card.

I have try contact with the seller but he dons answer.

Thank you.

Can you do a repair on the pc of the sd card ?

Also the sd card software, I believe is locked to the unit you have, a replacement would need to be locked, the seller is ignoring you because he has imported 100s of them and hasnt got a clue what to do …

TRY THIS:-

NECRO BUMP!  – FOUND THE SOLUTION: SWITCH TO VGA OUTPUT TEMPORARILY AND THEN CHANGE SETTINGS BACK!

I had the same problem.  Set my pandora's box to play one game in my big capcom big blue, using the jamma harness and a 15k monitor.  When I wanted to change games – the menu button no longer worked.  Instead – just resets.
Hooking up the Pandora's box using the VGA input-made the menu button now work to enter the menu, instead of just resetting the board, like it was with the 15k arcade monitor only.
Using the vga computer monitor hooked up outside my arcade machine, pressed the menu button, i changed the settings to add back the games in the game list, saved the setting, and reset the system.
Then switched back to using the jamma harness/15k monitor in the machine.
I noticed the new version of the pandoras' box has a factory reset button – maybe this is why!
But it looks like this problem can be fixed just by hooking up a pc vga monitor for a moment to change the settings back.
