I have noticed many great images seem to overlook earlier consoles, specifically the 2nd generation.  This is sad because the small rom sizes of several consoles could probably fit in the size of one disc based game.

I see Atari 2600, but why not Atari 5200 and Atari 8-bit computers?  I would also be interested in consoles I know have working retropi support: Videopac/Odyssey2, Amstrad CPC, CoCo, Colecovision, Dragon 32, Intellivision, MSX, TI-99/4A, TRS-80, Vectrex, and ZX Spectrum.

There are also favorite consoles I have never seen but suspect may have working emulation: Channel F, Emerson Arcadia, Astrocade, CassetteVision, even RCA Studio II.

I would like to formally express interest in an old school image.  Maybe at the cost of an N64 or Playstation inclusion.  Would anyone else support this or like to comment on the idea?  Why doesn't this already exist?

BUMP!  C'mon, can someone please make an image with at least the Videopac/Odyssey2 included?? It's not much extra data.

Its so easy to add to these images, delete one you dont want, then add the ones you do.

This is not always true.  Some systems are challenging to configure (for example, Atari 5200), and some are difficult to find working bios/roms (for example, Odyssey 2).  Some have only been implemented in theory with no working images at all (for example, Astrocade or Emerson Arcadia).  It would be a great service to us older gamers if someone with skill and experience put together a old-school console image instead of yet another NES, SNES collection.
