Adding to Brand specific systems in Retrobat

Hi all. I recently downloaded the most up to date version of RetroBat. (3.1). I’ve had no problems adding Roms to their respective folders. I have found in the menu system where I can unlock collections such as Konami, Sega, Midway etc. There is no place to put those Roms however. Please help.
