Can’t burn coin ops image

I am trying to burn a coin ops image to an sd card for use in a mini PC.

The problem is that when I dl the nzb, it is just a folder and not an .img, so I can’t burn it.

I am using a Mac to dl the file and burn it to the sd.

I know Mac auto extracts files, but even if I compress it again, it will just be a zip file and Balena won’t etch it.

How do I get it as a disk image?
