I’ve just tested Tomato’s SD card for Amiga and Mega-Drive, we managed to enjoy multiplayer Turrican, the Mega-Drive version. Does anyone know if Kick Off or sequels are on the disc?
My joystick a modern Speedlink usb version refused to work properly due to an error in the configuration, and a bug in the system ‘configure input’ option, which wouldn’t appear while using the stick.
Perhaps I set it up incorrectly by locking the joystick out, using the gamepad before, which has more buttons. Hopefully you get what I mean.
Most of the excitement of Turrican was due to a knock off SNES controller, I’m in two minds to buy a fancy new gamepad.
Just so you know: I won (just).
Perhaps a database of joysticks and pads, could automatically map the buttons with a different config. for left handers and right handed users.
