CoinOps 6 Arcade 4×3 Vertical- Get RetroFea

Hello, I am a newbie. I installed CoinOps 6 Arcade 4×3 Vertical. I have a question. How do I get RetroFea to engage the settings from the ZZZ_shutdownWindows.bat script like other versions of CoinOps?
