coinops colection arcade games not loading

i can not not load any games from arcade……it is going back to the menu……all the other games work..

i have c++ 2015 and direct x installed…..how can i fix it…please help me

i have coinops arcade gold + on at other drive….and i can play all games there

 

it's solved now. a file had ended up in quarantine in my antivirus program.. restored the file.. now it works
