Help with Batocera 2tb pc build

Hi All i need  help fairly  new to this  well pc any way

so i downloaded the 2tb batocera build

Only the first 9 files are showing as  files for extraction the rest are refused by winrar and breeze so im guessing it is something  im doing wrong  but im not sure what it is

any assistance you can give  i will be eternally grateful of

wont  let me screen shot however all the files are there  but winrar and  breezip only recognize the first 9 as extractable image files the rest are not extractable
