How does Overclocking work for Emulation on a Pi400 ?

Hi is there a permanent OC you one can do that is kept in place for all possible emulation builds/OS used ? if not how does one go about OC every IMG/Emulation build that i wish to play and use ?

Cheers but as far as i can see none of that will stay in place if i use an ‘Emulation build’ Is there not a way to provide an OC to everything i wish to use the PI400 ‘Globally’ instead ?
