Review/Vouch of ArcadeSystems.co.uk ?

Hi Guys. So i'm planning on upgrading my current Arcade setup with a Hyperspin drive from Arcadesystems uk. I would like to hear what your experiences are with them? I'm guessing ArcadePunks have some collaboration with them, since there are links to the site.

So I'm curious to hear your experiences with this page? 🙂

They  have purchased some ad space on ArcadePunks, the adspace pays for the 23+ torrent seeding machines 🙂 There is no official calibration between them and Arcade Punks - HOWEVER - that being said, Arcade Punks would not have bad suppliers advertising ......

That makes sense, I'm just not finding any reviewers and the site seems legit enough, Thats why I'm curious 🙂

I purchased a download code from them for the 8TB Launchbox cloud version 2 days ago, not received the download link or any response other than from a bot.  Not saying they are not to be trusted, as I am still holding out hope that I will receive something for my money!  Just be aware

I imagine its a Christmas rush - has this been sorted?

Same here purchased the 2tb cloud download on 9/1/2020 and received nothing many emails and no response,. I don't think its the Christmas rush and I would advise to be aware and possibly look elsewhere

We had a huge rush over the Christmas period and at the same time our support ticket system was not piping emails from our inbox into tickets properly.

These issues have been resolved and we have almost caught up with the backlog of support tickets.

If you have not received access to what you have paid for please send in a support ticket via the website or email [email protected] put for attention of Scott & I will make sure that I respond and resolve your issue.

I have hired some help to keep on top of support.... however also if anyone is good with Hyperspin / Emulators and wants a job helping with support also get in contact as I am looking to improve customer service now the service is bigger.

I also have new updates and drive options being released.

Hi All, just to feedback this problem has been resolved, all seems ok

A friend purchased this a week ago and just seen on his FaceBook it all up and running - looks great !
