Trying to get Castlevania Collection on CoinOPS 2 Next (standalone) working

I downloaded the Castlevania Collection By AlexDC22 but i cant seem to get it to work. i move the files to the appropriate folders but still nothing. im not sure what im doing wrong. any help would be great. kinda new with CoinOPS so im still learning thanks.
