Hi there,
I'm having a few problems with the latest Aladdin (you rock) releases.
The games load up fine on my main pc (win 7 64bit, without touchscreen), but when I install them on my cab (win7 32bit, with touchscreen) some of them do not load (black screen, flash up briefly or nothing) or i get the error message "the procedure entry point WGPGetVariablePath could not be located in the dynamic link library wgpcomm.dll"
I have over 250 quiz games working on my cab, it's just the newer releases such as Hangman 3, Hangman Quiz Saloon, Film Quiz and Pixel This that are the problem. Are the newer releases made for 64 bit only? Please tell me there is an easy fix for this!

Hi Dave,
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I have just today  fixed  Hangman3 to run on 32bit system.
I am in the middle of placing the files that should be in Windowssystem32 into the games folders themselves.
do you have the files in windowssystem32 on your 32bit machine ?.
If you have Facebook you can ask me questions in real time just search for "touchscreen machines" it is a closed group so you will have to join.
update i have now looked at all said games and sorted them for a 32bit system. if you join touchscreen machine on facebook i can send you the link.

Sorry, but I'm not on Facebook.
I have a lot of the .dlls etc in my system32 folder. (I put a load in from a 37 game torrent available years ago), I believe it is on the site here too. Should i copy dlls from Hangman 3 to the system folder? I got it partly running, but it "auto chose" the letters and then wouldn't let me answer the questions, before giving the game over screen. Hex Factor which arrived today, I get part way through and the letter choices disappear! None of it matters massively, I am a big fan of the old pub quiz games, and put a touchscreen in the cab based solely on your work. So thanks for that!
Sadly, looking at your list I will never get the weakest link to work (although I have never even seen a copy of the game), it's not the best quiz ever, but I once played it and it just gave easy questions until it gave the jackpot! Great days!

extract the file that says These files must go on your windowssystem32 to your dekstop then move the files from the folder to windowssystem32

This also has the fixed 32bit versions of the games for you
All the games on the list i have, slowly very slowly i am working my way through the list getting them to work. then getting to add credit.

All the above games are now working for me! I had the system files, but I changed to your newer ones just in case.

THANK YOU ,FOR SHARING ALL THIS GREAT THINGS!
I have a problem using my mouse in some of your latest release,like spot the difference…
Mouse is on the right side of the screen,and i can't reach any menu
Also games like Picture Shuffle and Quiz Master freezes in the beginning,and i have to use ctrl+alt+del to return to windows!
I am using WIN 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Nvidia Geforce GT 740

Hi Aladdin,
I'm new here (and new to this scene), and am struggling with a few games and wondered if you could shed some light on things:
Hangman 3, The Chase & Spot the Difference Ultimate all load fine but with no credits so unplayable.
Hangman's Haunted House won't load audio files and crashes (all files are unzipped).
Q Ultimate Rock & Roll Quiz, Bullseye & Bullseye Star Prize load fine and play, but will only work with mouse and not touchscreen.
I'm using Simple Touch FE with Inde emulator.

Hi Rob,
Obviously I'm not Aladdin, but I may be able to help a little.
Some of the newer ones worked on my cab by using the usual itbox or inde credit emulator.
Have you downloaded the file linked by Aladdin above? Saving the system files included in it may help with some crashes.
Not sure why Bullseye etc don't work for you, as they work fine on mine. I think there may be duplicate copies in some of the packs, so maybe check through them all for a possible alternative. Also, check Aladdin's list to see which game uses which credit emulator and to see if they use pre commands.

Hello,
I stumbled across these forums purely by chance and I am so happy that I did! I love the idea of being able to play all my favourite pub quiz games at home, however I am having a slight issue.
I can load the games fine, but each one loads with just 1p credit. I have tried running Indie_Sim, ITBox.Emu, ITBoxSERV, ITBoxSERVER and Platform.Emu each time but the games still load with just 1p credit. What am I doing wrong?

Any chance of a few screen grabs or video capture of what you are doing from start to finish ?
