Hello,
New to the site and to touch screens and was trying to get some help. I have built several arcade cabinets for my home game room and I am now trying to set up this bar top touch screen. I was given an older 3M Micro Touch M150 touch screen but i cant get it installed correctly on my windows 7 machine. I found the drivers on line and it is recognized as an HID Mouse but the touch is inverted (left is right, right is left, up is down, and down is up.) I cannot get any help from the manufacturer because they said it is obsolete. Does anyone here have any experience with this? Is it just broken? Thanks in advance for any help as i am sure i will need more trying to get everything set up.

look at the flat wire that comes off the monitor screen, see if the label is torn, if it is simple turn the cable around . middle wire of the five connects to the back of the screen and the other four are top left, top right, bottom left and and right of the touchscreen so simply turning the cable around should fix the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I tried turning the cable and it fixed the up and down but not the left and right. The cable coming from the touch screen is a ribbon cable and it goes into a connector with white, black, brown, blue, and red. My thought is to solder my own wires and try moving them around until i find the right combination. What do you think? I would join but i am not into Facebook…. Not my thing.
