Your account had not been upgraded, as per the upgrade page can take up to 72 hours for upgrades to happen, from what I can see between you posting this question and me answering it, you have been upgraded in this time – let me know if you dont see the members area now ?

Your membership fee was refunded – the reason why is when you upgrade , after payment it then asks for your username and email address associated with your account, for whatever reason this was not received, a couple of attempts at emailing you on your paypal registered address was unsuccessful – no worries though – i believe there are some December membership promos on if you change your mind 🙂
