I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, but I’m unable to find an alternative.

The issue I’m currently experiencing is when I try to access, edit or change account settings in relation to my profile that’s on the forum part of the site, however I am currently able to interact and change a small number of settings of my profile through the main portion of the site, though only the e-mail address, password, first and last name of my account, URL and description/bio part of the profile. Other things such as changing the avatar isn’t an option.

Regarding the profile on the forum part of the site, if I were to try to look at the profile’s overview, edit things such as the profile or avatar (as I see two separate functions) or try to view the account settings, the error message I receive is as follows:

Overview (Benjamin)

Profile form could not be found: [Account Settings]
You might try the forum – toolbox – housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps

Though the text within the [] brackets differ depending on what I’m trying to do. Regarding the aforementioned housekeeping admin form, I have yet to find it nor have I found where the toolbox is at.

I only came across this error as I wanted to view my previous post regarding help.
