Double Dragon 4 about to bring to life our nostalgia

Arc System Works has announced Double Dragon IV for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. It will launch worldwide on January 30, 2017, the game picks off where they left us in the 2nd instalment (Double Dragon 2) after we beat the Shadow Warriors….

The latest entry in the legendary side-scrolling action game series Double Dragon uses the same 80s visual style, but adds various new elements. Additionally, every mode can be played by two players at the same time.

The game features the original staff of the arcade version of Double Dragon, including producer Takaomi Kaneko, director Yoshihisa Kishimoto, character designer Koji Ogata, composer Kazunaka Yamane, and programmer Kei Oyama.

At the moment release is only pencilled in for Playstation 4 and PC Owners (which means you can add to your home build cabs!) – as yet no SNES or Genesis versions have been mentioned 😉
