So FaceBook messenger has a use, as well as blowing up your phone 24/7 (if you have friends of course!).
It looks like Farmville and the like have disappeared and we are now facing some TRUE CLASSICS… WE LIKEY!
Anyone who updates the Messenger app today should see a tab marked “Instant Games” taking them to a screen where they can choose from a library of online games. Messenger/FaceBook users will be able to have a quick go on classic games arcade such as Pac-Man and Space Invaders as well as 15 other games including more recently developed games such as Blizzard’s Shuffle Cats Mini.
“The one billion people who use Messenger every month connect, debate and share in so many ways — from sending Stickers when words aren’t enough, tapping on Instant Video to share your smiles with Mum after an awesome day, or making a quick voice call to let your friends know you are running late,” Facebook.
They promise there is more to come, who knows maybe FaceBook are trying to be the next Steam, maybe not, maybe they just want us to spend more time on our devices so they can see what else we are up too, or maybe they just fucking get it….
