We recently dropped a 256gb Steam Deck Retro Gaming Build, a 256gb Retro Gaming Steam Deck Light Gun Build and then a 1tb Steam Deck Retro Gaming Build and now YouTuber and Retro Gaming Don, Retro Gaming Guy, presents this awesome 512gb Steam Batocera Retro Gaming Build – Yet again RGG producing high quality builds and Batocera showcasing how truly awesome it has become!
We have downloaded this, and tested this and it does not fit on a Sandisk Ultra Micro SDXC Memory Card, so we used a 1tb Sandisk Ultra MicroSD Card and it worked, and now we can expand it and have more space to add our own games!
IT IS CONFIRMED THE AUTHOR USED THIS CARD TO MAKE THIS IMAGE!
This Arcade Punks exclusive was sent in from YouTuber Retro Gaming Guy who has made a big splash here on Arcade Punks these past few months!
DOWNLOAD, EXTRACT AND WRITE (PLEASE READ !!)
Firstly, this is a HUGE download so we recommend using something like TIXATI as your download client – it not only handles large torrent files better than ever but talks better to the more seeded files, thus our seed-boxes (that those pesky ads pay for!).
Secondly this a rar4 archive to save you over 100gb of download, you will need WINRAR to extract it, don’t bitch if your current unarchive utility doesn’t work.
Finally this has been tested with a Sandisk Ultra 512gb Micro SD Card (as seen HERE) and confirmed NOT enough space using the above method to download and Extract and the below method to write – not tested with other cards yet. So you MAY need a larger card.
Finally, write this .img to your card using WIN32DISKIMG , this program again we have used and we can vouch for.
