Leisure company, Home Leisure Direct, have finally conjured up the finalists for their Man-Cave of the year (UK) award, winning the lucky winner a Terminator 2 Pinball table worth over 4 grand!
After much thought, the top ten finalists have now been chosen. They include everything from fun-filled arcades to home pubs!
In no particular order, the ten finalists are:
- Simon Randall
- Tony Temple
- Paul Smith
- Darron Stump
- Greg Mott
- Edward Williams
- David Ward
- Mat Corne
- Mark & Siobhan
- Andrew McNelly
We went to go and visit Greg to see what his games room is all about. His collection of pinball machines, arcade machines, memorabilia and his Robotron carpet is stunning.
We also went to visit Simon Randall, who was also a finalist in Games Room of the Year last year. He showed us his extensive collection of gin, arcade games, retro pinballs, jukeboxes and much more.
Darron’s Tottenham Hotspur games room is mesmerising. His love for his football team shines through, from the lighting on the bar, the memorabilia covering the walls and to his collection of programmes too.
Mark & Siobhan Hamilton
Mark and Siobhan’s cosy games room is an interior design lover’s dream! The neutral interior, stunning pool table and outdoor seating makes it the perfect place to relax with friends and family.
Tony’s 80’s Arcade Games Room features several arcade machines, Mario themed cushions and much more. He’s made the most of his space and created the perfect gamer’s hideout.
Edward’s eye-catching games room is perfect for the pool nights he hosts every Thursday with family and friends, his pool table even turns into a dining table for when they need somewhere to sit and eat.
Andrew’s retro games room includes a pool table, jukebox and even a diner-style seating area. We love the retro feel of this room!
Mat’s arcade room is the perfect place to host gaming nights with friends and family, there’s even a leaderboard for the highest scoring player!
