If you just get the windows spinning wheel for a second or two and no errors and then no action at all, navigate to H:\HyperPC\Attract\ and delete the attract.am file.
This should resolve the issue and it should now load. The attract.am file will be recreated.
This appears to happen when you create new displays. It appears to be a wheel location tracking file, which gets confused when you create new displays. Simply delete the attract.am file and it will recreate itself and all will be good.
Also if you get problems Run as admin and set PC security software – As a general first check, make sure you have installed all the relevant programs in the utilities folder.
Secondly, make sure attract and each emulator is being run as an administrator (right click on each file and select “run as administrator”.
Thirdly, make sure any computer security software is permitting all programs to run with unlimited access (that is, they are not being blocked).
