Street Fighter II Champion Edition for the PC Engine! Was it the best version out there? Well… we never got this in North America to start…. and there were no other home ports of this exact version at that time. But does it hold up? Was it great? Is it worth it if you are a PC Engine/Turbo Grafx 16 collector?
