Becoming a MEMBER of Arcade Punks (not to be confused with registering) will give you a better browsing experience – first we must point out that no-one is forced to become a member and that you can just register (or not!) and use the site as you normally would (although only registered and members can post in the forums). All files are accessible to every visitor (and always will be). Regular link submitters will be given free membership once they are known to us, as well creators/authors of well known packs offered within the site.

You will receive a login and password if you match any one of the following criteria:-
- You regularly submit links/files for us to share on the site
- You are a creator of something we share (for example Pi Image, Hyperspin Wheel etc…)
- You are very active in the forums, with your own threads/projects
- You donate a suggested PayPal payment (see below) to upgrade your registered account (make sure you are registered first for quicker upgrade !! register free here)

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS?
Recently the ‘scene’ seems to be sneaking off more and more into private groups, closed forums, locked down websites and more – that is NOT what its all about AT ALL. We are all a friendly bunch, anyone who has issues with anyone in the scene or the people within it, are not true to what the Arcade Experience was all about, nor what it is about, so we are hoping that users will ‘pay’ to register by simply sharing with us some more files that are usually ‘hard to find’ in return for nice ad-free browsing experience, this is not for any financial gain (we spend more than we get on this site!), this is to encourage people to pay with link submissions, so if you are in any groups that are locked down well, please share some files with us in return for free membership on Arcade Punks.
