Sega Mega Drive Released (ok so lets pretend its UK 1990)

Been having a good chuckle to myself today, have seen nothing but original adverts for the Sega Mega Drive, when it was released back in 1990, I still cant get over the UK release price (around £125!) – this was almost 20 years ago – loadsamoney!! (in joke for the oldies here).

So first off we have an advert released in 1992 for Toys R Us, in the Devon/Poole area.

Then there is this one taken off the telly, also on the Mean Machine Sonic 2 preview tape:-

Then there was the infamous SEGA PIRATE TV campaign, in my opinion one of the best advertising campaigns for children yet!
