NB HEARTBREAKERS ADVANCED – a rare Korean fighting game – Arcade Port!

Heart Breakers could be seen as a milestone in a Korean arcade development scene still dominated by Bubble Bobble clones and mini game compilations, but couldn’t hope to stand a chance on a market where it had to compete with the likes of Tekken 3 and Soul Calibur and was soon forgotten.

Heart Breakers was also brought to Windows PCs through HiCom / eSofnet as an updated version with hidden bonus characters called NB HeartBreakers Advanced. This was apparently a very small budget release without even a boxed version available, and even the jewel case release couldn’t be found at most stores at the time. (source)
