🚨 Arcade Punks Official Update

Following the recent release of the Dea7hsmiles All Guns V2 Lightgun Build on Arcade Punks, concerns were raised regarding the origin of the build and its contents.

After reviewing the situation, it became clear that the version shared with us contained work originally created by Mr Streener, without proper credit or permission. While Arcade Punks has always operated as a community-driven platform and we do not typically investigate the full lineage of every build submitted, there are times when a clear line has to be drawn.

In this instance, redistributing another creator’s work while claiming authorship, including leaving the original LaunchBox licence within the files, is simply not acceptable. Out of respect for the original creator and the wider community, we have therefore removed all download links relating to this release.

We want to make it absolutely clear that the original work behind this build belongs to Mr Streener, whose time, skill, and contribution to the lightgun scene deserve proper recognition. Arcade Punks fully supports creators who invest countless hours into producing and sharing projects with the community, and respecting that work is essential to keeping the scene fair for everyone involved.

The individual responsible for creating the build is now undertaking a full rewrite and rebuild and has committed to releasing a completely original version. Once completed, a full copy will be provided to Arcade Punks and shared with the community free of charge, as always.
