Add-On 16 pushes the 12TB Kinhank build into something even bigger than a retro collection. This release brings TeknoParrot arcade titles into the ecosystem, opening the door to modern arcade systems that ran on PC-based hardware.

With approximately 240 arcade titles included, this pack delivers the sort of games you would normally expect to see in dedicated arcade cabinets, racing simulators, or specialist arcade venues.

This particular TeknoParrot pack is based on a build from roughly 18 months ago, so a few newer arcade titles that have appeared since may not be present. The good news is that TeknoParrot is constantly evolving, and expanding this collection later is usually very straightforward if newer titles become available.

Even in its current state though, this is a seriously impressive arcade expansion that adds an entirely different dimension to the 12TB Kinhank project.

Modern Arcade Gaming at Home

Unlike traditional emulators that focus on classic arcade boards from the 80s and 90s, TeknoParrot works with much newer arcade systems that were built around Windows-based hardware.

That means you get arcade experiences that feel far closer to modern PC and console games, with larger environments, stronger graphics engines, and gameplay systems designed around specialised arcade cabinets.

This release captures that experience nicely by bringing together a wide range of these arcade titles in one place.

Arcade Racing Legends

One of the biggest highlights of this TeknoParrot pack is the racing line-up. Arcade racing cabinets have always pushed hardware hard, and the systems supported by TeknoParrot include some of the best modern arcade racers ever built.

  • Initial D Arcade Stage series
  • Daytona Championship USA era titles
  • GRID arcade variants
  • Sega Rally style racing experiences
  • Wacky Races
  • R-Tuned
  • Dirty Drivin’
  • Mario Kart DX style arcade racers

If you love fast-paced arcade driving with huge cabinets and exaggerated handling, this section alone makes the add-on worth exploring.

Modern Arcade Fighters

Fighting games are another huge strength of the TeknoParrot ecosystem. This pack includes multiple arcade fighter releases that evolved long-running franchises well beyond their classic console entries.

  • Tekken 7 Arcade versions
  • BlazBlue series arcade releases
  • Street Fighter IV arcade versions
  • King of Fighters arcade entries
  • Persona 4 Arena
  • Skullgirls
  • Chaos Breaker
  • Blade Strangers

These titles capture the competitive spirit of the arcade perfectly and feel right at home inside a large multi-system build.

Japanese Arcade Exclusives

Another major strength of this collection is the amount of Japanese arcade content that rarely appeared outside arcades or specialised cabinets.

Many of these titles never saw traditional home releases, making them particularly interesting additions to the build.

  • Guilty Gear arcade releases
  • Darius Burst arcade versions
  • Senko no Ronde
  • Pokken Tournament
  • Project Diva arcade content
  • Shining Force Cross series
  • Under Night In-Birth arcade builds
  • Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune series

These titles add a lot of flavour to the library and represent a side of arcade gaming many players never experienced.

A Different Kind of Arcade Library

The TeknoParrot ecosystem fills a gap that traditional emulation simply cannot cover. Classic arcade emulators already preserve the golden age of arcade hardware, but newer PC-driven cabinets require different tools entirely.

This add-on bridges that gap by bringing modern arcade systems into the same environment as decades of classic gaming history.

When combined with the rest of the 12TB Kinhank build, this creates a timeline that stretches from early arcade machines all the way through to modern arcade cabinets.

Installation Notes

Installation follows the same approach used throughout the add-on series. Extract the TeknoParrot archive and copy the TeknoParrot folder into your existing build directory.

Because these are modern arcade systems, individual games may require configuration depending on your setup. The included structure is designed to make that process as simple as possible.

If newer TeknoParrot games become available in the future, expanding this pack should be relatively easy.

The Build Keeps Evolving

Add-On 16 marks another huge step for the 12TB Kinhank project. With modern arcade titles now sitting alongside classic arcade systems, consoles, handhelds and PC content, the scope of the build continues to grow.

This is no longer just a retro gaming collection.

It is becoming a complete gaming archive.

And TeknoParrot pushes that idea even further.
