So every time the Arcade Punks link submission inbox pings we get excited, especially when from someone new, this time some chap calling himself ‘Honda’, pipes up “Hey guys, I want to share my 200gb HyperPie fully loaded image with you”, so we’re like “Sure man, hook us up” , then the next thing you know word on the grapevine is Mr DrewTalks is all over this, and the community is getting quite excited for a pre-loaded image.
This image is PRE-CONFIGRED to run with the Arcade Xin-Mo controller (more on that later) – you can of course change the controllers to suit your controllers!
Some of the systems
Hyperpie is perhaps one of the easiest images to add your own roms too, along with MotionBlue (including the PiPiggies 128gb release!), however some people do still prefer fully loaded, ready to roll set ups.
This image is based on the HyperPi image and it includes roms for the systems. All I did was add the roms, setup controls and hide some of the unused systems. You can add more roms as well as unhide the hidden systems. All the art work of the hidden systems is still in the image. If you do not own the games on this image you agree to the responsibility that you will remove all the roms of the games you do not own. I am not responsible if you don’t. In addition, you are not allowed to sell or make a profit of any kind using this mage or any of the contents. If you paid for this image you should request a full refund.
The image is overclocking the Pi to 1300 from 800. if you are having problems on running it on your Pi there is a video listed from MadLittlePixel and it shows basically what I did to overclock it. You can undo it by just returning the number from 1300 to 800. If you keep it as is please make sure to use heatsinks at least to keep it cool.
Thank you very much goes to the Arcade Punks (https://www.arcadepunks.com) for hosting this image and for making it possible and available to everyone as well as for hosting all the great items available on their website and therefore available to all of us. In addition, thank you to the MadLittlePixel, ETA Prime, Drew Talks, Simply Austin and David Marti for all the videos and their hard work to provide help and everything else they provide to all of the Retropi enthusiasts including myself. Finally, thank you to all the contributors and coders as well as everyone else helping and making Retropi posible and as amazing as it is. – HONDA (Creator)
This image is less than 200GB but it requires a minimum of a 200GB MICRO SD card. A PNY Elite 200GB to create it, but any other 200gb will also work.
You can also use an external hard drive to burn the image!
It looks like Honda forgot to thank the HyperPie team for their great work on the base of this image too, so a thank-you from us here at Arcade Punks to them and EVERYONE involved in these fantastic images!
SORRY THIS IMAGE HAS BEEN PULLED DUE TO ERRORS IN EXTRACTION AND WRITING
