RetroLizard from Retro Lizard Custom Arcades shares with us this self booting PC Build which he describes as “minimal spec PC 8600” and should run on “any old shed” PC.

This is a solid little build, that truly does have loads of ROM classics on some great systems up to Dreamcast and PSX all part and parcel. We often get asked for “something to run on an old machine” and now we are happy alongside Retro Lizard to offer it over.

HOW TO INSTALL

You will need to “write” the .img file to a SSD (this is the one we used) , we wrote it to a SSD using RUFUS and popped the drive in a spare PC and it worked first time!
