The Arch does it again! This time this absolutely AMAZING Fully Loaded Sinden Light Gun Build based on CoinOps Next 2 – this is one well put together pack and in our opinion one of the best for a home build cabinet – some configuration is required (see below) but its well worth it in the end!

THIS IS A MUCH UPDATED VERSION OF MY COINOPS LIGHTGUN PACK THAT HAS 150 GAMES FULLY CONFIGURED FOR THE SINDEN LIGHT GUNS. CERTAIN GAMES IN THE PACK SHOULD WORK RIGHT OUT THE BOX (MAME, SOME PCS ETC) WITH YOUR SINDEN LIGHTGUNS BUT OTHERS WILL TAKE SOME TWEAKING.

I AM NOT GONNA GO THROUGH HOW TO SET UP YOUR SINDEN LIGHT GUNS YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT DONE ALREADY OR YOU CAN GOTO – https://sindenlightgun.miraheze.org THIS IS THE ONE STOP SHOP FOR EVERY GAME AND EMULATOR THAT CAN BE USED WITH THE SINDENS. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A GAME OR EMULATOR I WOULD GO THERE AND ALSO JOIN THE SINDEN LIGHTGUN DISCORD. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. CHANGE THE LETTER OF THE DRIVE YOU WILL STORE THIS BUILD ON TO, “D:” CHANGE THE NAME OF THE DRIVE TO “LIGHTGUN” (THIS WILL MAKE IT EASIER WHEN LAUNCHING BAT AND AHK FILES)

2. NOW INSTALL THE 3 FILES I INCLUDED WITH THE BUILD. THEY SHOULD BE FOR AUTOHOTKEY, CHANGESCREENRESOLUTION & BORDERLESSGAMING

3. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO IN AND CONFIGURE ALL TEKNOPARROT GAMES. ROUTE THE EXE FILE FOR EACH GAME AND CONFIG YOUR CONTROLS IN THE THREE TEKNOPARROT FOLDERS LOCATED IN emulators/TEKNOLLA, emulators/TeknoParrot, and emulators/TPTC5.

4. ANY GAMES THAT USE DEMULSHOOTER (located in the emulators/Emulators Offical folders), YOU WILL NEED TO GO INTO EACH DEMULSHOOTER FOLDER AND UPDATE THE CONFIG.INI WITH YOUR SINDEN ID NUMBERS –

To get your personal gun ID’s you can do the following:

Open a command prompt and run a game w/ Mame using verbose mode only to quit the game, and read the output to get your personal IDs, ex: “mame.exe -v term2” runs Mame in verbose mode with Terminator 2, but any game would work as we just need the device IDs.
The ID’s will look something similar what’s shown below. You may have to unplug your guns (take a screenshot) and plug them in again to make sure you see what ID is which Lightgun.

THE HID# IS THE NUMBERS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. I WOULD PASTE YOUR NUMBERS SOMEWHERE AFTER GETTING THEM TO USE LATER.

GAMES LIKE WII GAMES AND SOME OTHERS CAN NOT WORK WITH 2 PLAYER. THE SUPPORT ISNT THERE FOR THEM YET ON THOSE EMULATORS.
