The first official expansion for BygDick’s enormous Game Night RetroBat PC build is here, adding around 100 extra games, several new arcade collections and an entirely new system. Game Night Add-on #1 includes games suggested by Arcade Punks members, alongside a sizeable Neo Geo CD collection featuring some of the platform’s most recognisable fighting games, shooters, sports titles and arcade classics.

Arcade Systems

At only around 33GB compressed, this is a relatively small download compared with the main Game Night build and later expansion packs.

The First Game Night Expansion

BygDick created this first add-on to expand the original Game Night build with more community-requested games and several new themed collections.

The update introduces dedicated menus for arcade classics, Star Wars games, sports titles and swords-and-sorcery adventures, helping players browse related games more easily through the Game Night front end.

It also adds Neo Geo CD as a completely new system, bringing dozens of SNK favourites into the collection.

Plenty of SNK Arcade Favourites

The Neo Geo CD collection contains some of the biggest names from the SNK catalogue.

Fighting fans can play through titles from The King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, World Heroes, Art of Fighting and The Last Blade series.

Shooter fans are also well served with games including Metal Slug, Pulstar, Last Resort, Viewpoint, Aero Fighters 2 and Aero Fighters 3.

There are also brilliant sports and multiplayer titles such as Windjammers, Neo Turf Masters, Street Hoop, Super Sidekicks and 2020 Super Baseball.

The Game Night Base Build Is Required

Game Night Add-on #1 is not a standalone release.

You must download and install the original Game Night base build before adding this expansion.

Once the base build is installed, Add-on #1 can be extracted and added to the existing Game Night installation.

How to Install

  1. Download and install the original Game Night base build.
  2. Download Game Night Add-on #1.
  3. Extract the downloaded archive files.
  4. Read any instructions or help files included with the release.
  5. Copy the extracted files into the Game Night root folder.
  6. Launch Game Night and enjoy the new collections and Neo Geo CD system.

  1. Thanks for this awesome build. However I have just added #1 to the original and the Neo-Geo CD games aren’t loading when I try to open them from the build? Any help appreciated

  4. I’m having an issue with the arcade GameCube roms they are in winrar files if i leave them gamenight doesnt see them and if i try to extract them i get error or damaged file is others having the same issue.
