Back in December 2020 Arcade Punks Compiled CP78s Complete Play, a BigBox/Launchbox build that has taken Colpipes months and months of painstaking work to get to where it currently is – and it looks like its one of the most SOLID fully loaded PC Builds to grace our presence. Here we stand just almost a year later with Part 6 of this awesome build!
You really should have a Big Box license to run this, it looks SO much better, but you can of course, keep it all loaded in Launchbox.

Complete Play Sega MSU MD+
Note- Sega MSU MD+ are essentially hacked Sega Genesis games with alternative sound packs to enhanced the gaming experience. This is still pretty earlier in development and may not be perfect. Updates will follow with more games and fixes for issues.
This pack uses a separate version of RetroArch that is setup to play these games only.

Controls
You can set the controls by opening up Tekno Parrot UI.exe (located here: R:EmulatorsTeknoParrot). Select a game and click Controller Setup.
Note- I have set up controls for each game with an Xbox One Controller but even with this set up and even if you have the same pad you may need to still set up controls for each game.
Note
Time Crisis 5 uses T&Y keys for left and right movement. This is set by default and can’t be changed unless using Xpadder or similar software.
Star Trek doesn’t have a crosshair so is designed for light gun or Dolphin bar
Disney’s Cars if you Can’t start game:
In TEST menu, set to Freeplay, then use gas to start the game.
Exiting TEST freezes game, just exit and restart, the settings will save.
Nicktoon Nitro: Can’t insert coins
You must set Free Play in Test menu.
Game hangs/crashes on “REBOOTING” screen after exiting test menu
Known issue with no current work-around, however, the settings will save fine, just press ESC to exit and run game again.

Controls
Tiger.com uses MAMe emulator. In game press tab and edit controls for this machine there. If you have a problem seeing controls open up RocketLauncherUI.exe located here R:RocketLauncherRocketLauncherUI and select Tiger.com from the left pane. Next Click on Settings and then Bezel. Change Enable bezel to false.
Now load up a game and press TAB and change the controls.
NOTES AND SET UPS
- Extract to the root of drive R: into your existing Complete Play build
- There is a COMPLETE PDF to download for changing controls/emulators and more – download that HERE
- Use WINRAR to extract
- If you don’t choose to use NZB (Usenet) and want to torrent this then use TIXATI this one of the few torrent clients able to handle larger chunks – the amount of people who complain about speed and skip this very useful advice!!!
Complete Play is designed to have complete rom-sets and media (Clear Logo/ Wheel, 3D box, disc/cart and video/ snap at least) for every platform.
Complete Play wherever possible runs without RocketLauncher however, there are number of systems that still require it. These Systems are:  American Laser Games, Daphne, Capcom Play System III, Sammy’s Atomiswave, Sega Model 2, Sega Model 3 and Sega Triforce.
Hopefully you will get as much fun from playing retro games as I do. My aim has always been to bring people and families together for their love of games and especially Retro Games! Complete Play is a multi platform build with games from 1970s to the present day.
