👉 Important: Not all 1TB cards are made equal! Some (like certain SanDisk models) are around 12 MB smaller and may fail to write this image properly — don’t ask us why, we don’t make the cards! Stick with the Samsung EVO Select and you’ll be golden.
⚠️ Display Issue Fix for 4K Monitors
- If you are using a 4K monitor, change the resolution.
- Try a different monitor.
- Best test is on a different monitor first.
- If that works, go to Settings and set resolution to 1080p and Full in ES settings.
- Then plug back into the original monitor that did not work.

Great build! How do I get it to work with the buttons on my nespi 4 case? Does this have built in support?
So I have a 4 player arcade cabinet with a Pi 4, if I put this build will it be plug and play with the arcade buttons and stick?
Why I have 15 games in build?
Because your 1TB drive was not 1TB+ like that evo card it was mastered on. your imaging sw gave you a failure or error message.
FYI.. the evo card is a extra large 1TB. I tried my m.2 silocone Power 1TB and no luck. 1TB segate external too. had to go to 1.5TB drive for the image to work successfully. great image, but you need 1.03 TB. a standard drive is 1.02TB
it makes no sense to make something for one specific card……..
