Welcome to CoinOPS Pi5 Deluxe Mini 2025 (v1.0) – a refined mini powerhouse designed for lightning-fast load times, controller smoothness, and that slick CoinOPS look and feel you know and love.
This is NOT some bloated mess – this is a highly optimised, compact and beautifully skinned CoinOPS launcher, powered by the speed of the Pi5 and perfect for smaller storage devices. Whether you’re running from a 64GB card or a speedy USB 3.0 stick, this is one build you’re gonna want in your rotation.

This is great! How do I setup my 2nd joystick in Robotron?
I have downloaded and installed CoinOps Deluxe Mini for my Raspberry 5. Its working great. I am building this system to replace an RPI3 that crashed. Its for my daughters arcade system. She and boyfriend built a cabinet. Looks great. I have a Tankstick running in Xinput mode and worked “out of the box” with this Coinops build.
I would like to configure the RED button as a game exit. That requires Retroarch changes. Any chance that will break CoinOps?
Also, they like Crash Bandicoot which is a Playstation game. Any way to add that? I’ll look for an arcade version, but i think that doesn’t exist. Keep up the great work.
Is it possible to exit the game with a single button?
